I’m a qualified Counsellor, ACA Level 2 registered professional and ACA registered Supervisor, specialising in counselling and LEGO®-Based Therapy. I also provide professional supervision to fellow counsellors.
Through my own lived experience of trauma and mental health challenges, I am passionate about supporting individuals to overcome challenges, build confidence and work towards a fulfilling life.
I believe you are the expert in your own life experiences. My role is to provide a safe, confidential and supportive space where your story is heard and valued.
Using a personalised, compassionate approach, I help individuals identify challenges, develop practical tools and build the confidence to take control of their lives and achieve their personal goals.

I am a counsellor who is passionate about supporting individuals, with a particular interest in working with children in early childhood, school-aged children, teens and young adults. I am dedicated to helping individuals build confidence, develop emotional awareness and navigate life’s challenges in a supportive and empowering way.
I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, valued and understood. My approach is person-centred, compassionate and strengths-based, with a focus on creating a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where individuals feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring their experiences at their own pace.
Through a personalised approach, I aim to help individuals recognise their strengths, develop practical coping strategies and build resilience. My goal is to empower each person to grow in confidence, strengthen their overall wellbeing and work towards positive, meaningful change.

I’m a trauma-informed, ACA-registered counsellor with a Master’s qualification in counselling. I believe everyone deserves a safe, compassionate space where they feel truly seen, heard and understood.
My approach is person-centred and integrative, recognising that everyone’s journey is unique. I’m passionate about supporting young people, adults and couples to explore how past experiences, particularly childhood experiences, can shape their emotions, behaviours and relationships.
As a qualified healthcare professional, I also have a strong interest in trauma, health and the connection between the mind and body. I understand the emotional impact that illness, injury, chronic pain and changes in health can have on everyday life.
My goal is to provide personalised support that encourages understanding, healing and personal growth.
